Guests are encouraged to book direct via the calendar associated with each property listing. This provides more control of the booking for both the Guests and Hosts over an online travel agency (OTA).
Reservations made for 28 nights or less are provided a full refund if cancellation made within 24 hours of booking and at least 5 days before check-in.
Reservations made for 29 nights or longer are provided full refund if cancellation made within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the reservation are non-refundable.

We love traveling with our own dogs and would like guests to be able to do the same. We also allow cats and other pets but ask that you provide pet information prior to booking.
While we have a standard check-in time of 3 p.m. (and check-out at 11 a.m.) to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to prepare the home for the next group of guests, we may be able to accommodate your schedule depending on various factors (e.g., cleanliness of prior guests, booking seasonality, and anticipated check-in time of future guests). However, no guarantees can be made.
We do not offer travel insurance or damage protection at this time. While we understand that things happen, it is best to contact your Hosts immediately. Any damage discovered after your stay may result in being charged the full amount of the item and necessary repairs.
